Eugene Wild Ones - April 2019

Join our Eugene staff for our Eugene-based Oregon Wild Ones program!

This month is all about the Association of O&C Counties (AOCC). That might sound benign, but trust us - it's not. This is a pro-logging organization funded by your tax-payer dollars that lobbies for more logging on public lands, files lawsuits to roll back environmental protections, and operates largely in a black box. Lane County is a member of the AOCC, and pays dues of over $100,000 a year to support their anti-environmental agenda. Oregon Wild and others are working to end this practice. Come learn more about how this all works, what the plan is to get Lane County out of the AOCC, and what you can do to help!

We'll be in Claim 52 Kitchen's back room - feel free to arrive early to get settled and order any food and drink - we'll start the program at about 6:15pm.
