Eugene Wild Ones: Protecting Public Forests 101
Join us for our 2018 Oregon Wild Ones workshop and activity series, and help make a difference for the public lands, wildlife, and Oregon you love!
Have you ever wondered: Just what is a public land timber sale, how does it work, and how can I make a difference to protect ancient forests, salmon habitat, and intact wild areas? Lucky for you, this is one of the areas of expertise Oregon Wild staff has been cultivating for three decades! We'll give you a breakdown of what laws, policies, and other tactics we, as citizens, can use to challenge destructive logging projects, and give you some concrete tools to use to participate in this work.
