Wild Ones Gathering: Roadless Areas Comment Writing Workshop

Oregon’s beautiful wild spaces are under attack from the Trump administration.

Join Oregon Wild, 350pdx, and Great Old Broads for Wilderness for a comment-writing workshop to learn how you can take action to defend these wild places.

Programming will include a brief information session on both the plan to repeal the Roadless Rule and the Blue Mountains Forest Plan Revision, which are the most current and dangerous threats facing public lands in Oregon and across the country; an opportunity to sign and send postcards to elected officials; and a workshop to help you write substantive comments that can be directed towards the US Forest Service.

Change starts with community and shared knowledge. Come and learn how you can make a difference. We’ll see you on September 17th!
